Budget Requirements

Funding for this network is to host our roundtables. We have the proven capacity to attract the nation’s best and brightest to our roundtables and participants donate their time.

A sum of $250,000 per year is required to support the activities of the program. The anticipated distribution of the budget in 2006 will be as follows.

Roundtable Conferences 45% (including expenses of participants)

Program Leader 20%

Principal Project Authors 15%

Program Research Staff 10%

Publications and overheads 10%

As the momentum of the program builds during 2007, the anticipated funding requirement for the network for 2008 is $350,000, with the additional funds required to expand the research team and raise the activity level.
