Budget Requirements
Our expenditure during 2005 and 2006 was $200,000. This comprises $80,000 for the salary of the project leader, who is an Australia 21 Fellow; and $40,000 as part salary for the Australia 21 scholar and costs associated with network activities, surveys and program infrastructure.

Publications and Overheads costs 15%
The costs of the program will increase to $400,000 per year as the
network expands its activity and as the findings of the research are discussed
with community leaders and policy-makers around Australia.
Sponsor Requirements
Platinum sponsor: A platinum sponsor would be expected to contribute $100,000 or more to the program during any one year and will be designated as such for the year in which that contribution is made.
Gold Sponsor: A gold sponsor would be expected to contribute between $50,000 and $100,000 to the program during any one year and will be designated as such for the year in which that contribution is made.
A Silver Sponsor would be expected to contribute between $10,000 and $50,000 to the program during any one year and will be designated as such for the year in which that contribution is made.
Donors who contribute sums of between $100 and $10,000 either to this
program or to the general operation of Australia 21 will be designated
Friends of Australia 21 and will be recognized as such in the annual report
and receive regular newsletters on Australia 21's activities.
Partner Requirements
Foundation, Platinum and Gold Sponsors will be entitled to a partnership
role in
meetings of the network and to have their brand name associated with one
or more
program scholars.
