Structure and Operation of Australia 21

 

The key groups of Australia are the Board, Executive, Research, Selection and Finance Committee. The responsibilities of each are as follows:

Board: Provides strategic direction, representation, and communication.

Executive Committee: Oversees implementation

Research Committee : Provides key research, representation and communication.

Finance Committee: Provides financial planning tools to Board and Research, financial representation to the community, assists and facilitates change at grass-roots level, and provides the fund raising function and face.

Selection Committee: Selects key research personnel
